Removing myself as a sponge from someone else's sandbox

Good morning,

I am currently in the role of 'sponge' in several of my former colleagues' sandboxes. The sandboxes were created for the purpose of collaborating. Now, I am no longer in those same collaborations and would like to remove myself as a sponge from those sandboxes. The "Panda bot" was completely unhelpful, so if anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Hi Cathy- 

If your colleagues have permissions to remove someone from their course, they can remove you, otherwise, you will need to reach out to your Canvas admin. 

You may also simply make it so that they don't show up on your dashboard by removing them as favorites. The Canvas Guide found here can help you do that.
