I'm a student and I'm trying to sign up for a new class on my non-school main email. I got the invitation code to the class a few weeks ago and I was able to log into the Canvas to access it. However, after maybe a day or so and I re-opened Canvas to work on some more stuff in the class, I couldn't sign in.

It said to verify my username and password and try again. I tried to reset the password immediately after that, but I never got the email. I keep trying to reset the password and put the same email for them to send instructions to. I still don't receive an email.

Hi @DakotaKosinski,

Unfortunately, since it appears that you are not using Canvas Free for Teachers, this is not something that we in the Community will be able to help you with.

Have you reached out to the Canvas team at that school or to its IT Department?
