I am an instructor on canvas.instructure.com (free version) and my student has already successfully logged onto one of our organization's courses. She is using the same email and link, but can't get back on the course all of the sudden. She recently received an Access Denied error that specifies, "The enrollment link you used appears to no longer be valid. Please contact the course instructor to make sure you're still correctly enrolled." When I go to the course and look at the people tab, she's using the same information as before. I am lost as to how to advise her.

Greetings @sukiekeita ,
Thank you for posting on the Instructure Community!
canvas.instructure.com, which is the domain your student registered with, is associated with the general free canvas account that instructors can sign up for and create a free course and add their students to it. In one of your images, you appear to be on the free for teacher instance but in the other you're in your organization's instance. Please ensure that your student is actually registered with an account for your organization's instance instead of free for teacher, as there is no connection between them, which is why your link isn't valid because she's using the link when in free for teacher but it's actually from your organization's environment.
Thanks, reach out with any additional questions or concerns!

Right! The student sent me the screenshot. I just didn't notice the URL from her organization's environment. Thank you so much for identifying that.
Always happy to help, I'm glad you got it figured out!
