We are a small career school just starting out(using free Canvas) and we finished our first course. How do we print a course transcript with attendance attached?

Hi @stacypixler,
Since I believe you are using Canvas "Free for Teachers" at https://canvas.instructure.com, I do not believe that you will be able to use the admin reports that @Jeff_F mentioned.
Along with "New Analytics" (which I believe is enabled by default, unless you disabled it or it was disabled) and its downloadable reports, if you used the "Attendance" feature (which is also called "Roll Call") in the course, you can download an attendance report by following the guide available at How do I run Roll Call Attendance reports in a course? - Instructure Community - 1023 .
As you can see, and this is also the case with the paid-for version of Canvas (unless something has been custom developed or a integration from a third-party has been purchased), there is not a way to print (as you said that you are looking for) "a course transcript with attendance attached".
What you would need to do is manually combine together for each student from a mix of downloads/options:
It is also possible for a teacher and a student (if the course is still available to them) to print a copy (including as a PDF file) of a student's grades. Below are guides on how to do that as a teacher or student.
How do I view a student's Grades page in a course from the Gradebook? - Instructure Community - 751
How do I view my grades in a current course? - Instructure Community - 493
When using either method, there is a "Print Grades" button on the right-side.
If there anything else that I can help you with?

@stacypixler - Hello and congratulations on the first course completion.
The New Analytics tool can be used to generate a list of student grades, page views, and participations. Look to the Student tab therein. This may have all the info you need. And you can drill down to see details. In addition, the Grades view can be exported using the Export button at the top right of the Grades view. The key here is that the tool must be enabled into the navigation menu of the course.

And we also have admin reports available in that interface. Be sure to review these from an admin account. Look to Settings > Reports > Grade Export and perhaps User Course Access Log.

While these may not be comprehensive, these are out of the box tools that are immediately available. Please reply if this is helpful and if you have questions,
All the best, Jeff
ps. great name! My wife has the same spelling of Stacy.

Edited - lined out admin reports. Thanks, @dbrace
