Using LaTeX to italicize words in Module entries for Page Title

I have some pages in a module whose titles I would love to show as italics (for the Latin words) -- see attachment.

I thought that there might be some LaTeX coding  ( such as \textit or \emph ) that would allow me to do this but, thus far, I am unable to achieve the desired result

Is this even possible in Canvas LMS? If so, I would greatly appreciate any help. I did try researching this, but to no effect.
