I've uploaded a SCORM package with a virtual tour. It can be implemented as a page and the tour functions (360 view works, going from hot-spot to hot-spot works).
The integrated video however does not work; it shows a dark blue frame (which is indeed the first frame of each video, so it does seem to be "there") and white play button, but it does not start.
I've tried on Edge and Chrome, viewing with an account role, from inside our organization's IT-network and also from home.
The videos are definitely in the media folder inside the SCORM package and work individually.
The virtual tour was created with "3dvista Virtual Tour Pro". It also offers .exe exports, which I just tried on my personal laptop (not possible on work laptop due to IT-policy), which starts fine and also runs the videos immediately.
What should I do or check to find the problem and make them work?
Thanks in advance,
Hilco

Hi @Hildebrandus,
I do not have an answer for you but I have a question and an offer.
Have you asked anyone else outside of your Canvas environment to try and duplicate the problem?
If you have not and would like someone else to try to see if they can duplicate the problem, send me a message so that we can talk there.

Hi @dbrace, thanks for your reply. I did not see a "DM" option, so I'll reply here for now.
What would I need to share with you so you can duplicate the problem? I don't think I can (am allowed to) add you to our Canvas account/course, but I could send you the SCORM file? I'll need to check if that's OK as well, sharing it outside the organization...
