I am a student using Canvas, and the last few days have been pretty rough. I am able to log onto my account and my classes pop up, but when I click on a class and go to do an assignment all I see are three of the boxes they are all white and loading. They have been loading for days. I restarted my laptop, cleared all my browsing data and cookies and still nothing. My brother is also using canvas but he can access stuff. I tried logging onto his account on my computar but it is still not working. What is going on???

Hi @SadieDawson ...

What browser are you using?  In general, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are good browsers to be using when navigating around Canvas.  However, I've also had some good success with Microsoft Edge.  Make sure that whatever browser you are using is up-to-date and meets the minimum requirements as outlined here: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?.

Also, the boxes and the title "Weekly Content" don't look real familiar to me within Canvas.  Maybe it's the case that your instructor created a page with a heading "Weekly Content" and then somehow was using some boxes via special code on the page?  We here in the Community wouldn't know that for sure ... as we aren't able to access your school's Canvas environment and/or any of your courses.  Where, exactly, within your Canvas course are you seeing the "Weekly Content" and those boxes?

If you could help by giving some more details about your course, we might be able to give you some general help.  But, if it is more specific to the content in your course, I highly recommend that you reach out to your instructor directly.  You can do this via the "Help" menu on the left-hand side of your Canvas environment and then selecting the "Ask Your Instructor a Question" link within the slide-out menu that appears.

Please keep us posted...thanks!
