I'm a middle school reading specialist.  I'm trying to create an assignment that will allow my students to read a text and record themselves.  I'd like them to be able to submit it to me.  Can someone please help me?

I have 2 students who took a quiz. One student has disappeared from the gradebook and the other's quiz has disappeared from the gradebook. What can I do to recover the information?

I have found that you can sort assignments in the canvas api by using bucket=upcoming but I have not found anything to sort the quizzes.  Is there any way to do this?
