Good Day!
I have a video assignment which I taped directly in ARC Studio. It was my first time using it, It was 20 minutes long but then it just loads after I click "finish" before crashing. When I reopened it, it says Unable to Process Video and I can't find any sort of backup files anywhere and I can't click it.
Can you please tell me if there is a way to restore it? I am really disheartened because something that I could've finished at that moment suddenly disappeared into thin air and it's most likely that I will repeat it :(.

"Arc" is the original (now retired) name of what is now called "Canvas Studio". I would recommend that you reach out to Canvas Support to see if they can help locate that video for you.
