We have modules created and pages that are using canvas studio videos. However I am showing zero traffic. These modules are in a blueprint course with many courses associated to that blueprint.
When I check insights it shows no traffic which I find hard to believe.

I checked and all my videos show no insights.
For a little information. We created the modules and pages and included the studio videos from within there.
We then import those modules into the other blueprint templates that we associate our courses too.
When I check the videos I only show my library, and the original template that it was built on. No other classes that have the videos in the courses are showing up there.

Are the instructors who are teaching those classes able to see the "Insights" data in Studio? (It sounds to me like you are a Canvas administrator, but I'm not 100% sure.)
Yes indeed I am a canvas admin 🙂
When I go into a course I see the video but I do not have the insights options.
Could I have embedded it incorrectly?

I actually followed that same page when I was doing it. So I am positive I did that right.
The videos have been in at least 30 different classes for at least 2 month and still show zero insights whatsoever.

Yes, it is a bit strange. What about the instructors who are teaching those courses? Are they able to see the Insights? Can you maybe share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end (assuming you are trying to view the "Insights" tab by first going to the "Studio" button on your left-hand global navigation menu)?

I'm really at a loss as to what is happening here. I think it would be best for you to reach out to Canvas Support and see if they can dig into this with you. I would be interested in knowing what they have to say, so if you could come back here to post an update after your conversation with them, that would be great...thanks!
