I am missing all of my videos and recordings from the past year, and part of this year. Admin doesn't know what to do. Submitted help ticket two months ago with no response. I have 3 full classes of uploads that are now just gone. Does anyone have any tips as an instructor to retrieve the missing videos

Hello @tascierc ...
To confirm, are you clicking on the "Studio" icon on the left-hand global navigation bar within Canvas? Or, are you clicking on the word "Studio" which you can find within your left-hand course navigation links in a Canvas course? I know that recently Canvas changed to a pagination layout for their videos instead of just a scrolling list, and there was an issue with seeing more than 50 (???) videos, but I *think* that issue has been resolved.
Looking forward to hearing back from you on this...thanks!
Hello @tascierc
I apologize that you are unable to find your previous studio videos. When you look in studio, are you able to look at your collections or libraries from your previous courses?
Are the videos still available in the previous courses that you used them in?
