Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
Some of my users are reproting that they have no record button on studio, once they have selected "Webcam".
I went onto teamviewer and had a look, there really were no buttons under the the video block.
If I act as the user, it is all fine on my side.
I think it is a browser issue. Does anyone have any idea's how I can fix this?

Hi, @deidre , we notice that you've posted this question in two different places, and since you've received a response in https://community.canvaslms.com/message/177405-user-studio-no-record-button , we're going to lock this one to prevent multiple and possibly duplicative parallel threads from developing. For future reference, it's easy to create a question in Q&A and then use the Share button at the upper right of the page to share the question to any other group of which you're a member; this creates a single unified prompt.
