I am testing the insights feature in studio because an instructor says it's not working properly. I haven't had any issues before, but I'm wondering if I can share the typical time period it takes for the data to come through into the insights tab.
It should generally be pretty quick after the students have watched it. A good rule of thumb is to give the data up to 24 hours to reflect but it doesn't typically take that long. If you're having issues with it right now, I believe Canvas has had a few issues with insights not collecting data the last few days and the engineers are aware and are working on it.
