To Our Amazing Educators Everywhere,
Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
Hi! I have made a couple of videos in Canvas Studio and now I want to embed them on a page. I was successful at doing this once. Unfortunately, now when I click on Canvas Studio from the drop-down list of options in the RTE, a blank pop-up loads.
I have tried closing my browser and reopening it. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies (and signing back in). Nothing works. Help!

I talked to tech support and we figured out that an incognito window temporarily solved the problem and from there we assumed that it might have been an extension in my browser that was interfering. They found a note that people in the past have dealt with issues related to Grammarly getting in the way.
Were you able to resolve this? The first troubleshooting step that comes to mind is to make sure you're using a Supported Web Browser
I have been having the same problem with the new Rich content editor. Switching from Chrome to Microsoft Edge helped. I wonder what's causing Chrome to misfunction?

I am still having this problem - it's frustrating! I removed Grammarly and it seem to help, but now the problem is back.
Any other solutions besides the incognito browser?
I am using Chrome and Mac OS.
