Make the Dashboard even more powerful by allowing more control over what is displayed and improve navigation and ease of use

More instructor control over what is added to the To Do List so that they can facilitate learning
Make it easier for users to organize and navigate
Users have more flexibility to add/remove from their To Do List as appropriate or desired
