More Bugs?

So we are having a meeting about training for C4E and we're making courses and things to test some stuff out. Two things we noticed today:

1. When doing a Import Course Content in an empty course and importing another Elementary course, the wide banner image didn't copy over.

2. Announcements that copy over show as December 31st because they don't have a post date.
