Missing video icon in Community Blog Posts

I went to write a blog post today and I could not embed a video in the main part of the post.

I am sure the icon was there before and my previous posts have this. I cannot find anything in the Community

What has happened to the icon?

Hi @GideonWilliams thanks for bringing this to our attention! It looks like some permissions involving uploading and embedding videos got disabled for some rank levels. We've re-enabled these, so you should be able to add videos to your blog post now. Please comment back here if you're still having trouble with it. You may also need to refresh the page before it takes effect.

Actually the post appears to be 'under review' - is this a new feature? Usually my posts go straight to published stated..
