Hi. I just discovered this community after being super frustrated with the lack of functionality on Canvas. When I posted a reply to someone else's message, I received a notification that I "ranked up to Surveyor." So now I'm curious, what's Surveyor? What other ranks are there? And what do I need to do to achieve those other ranks?

The shared link leads to a document that can longer be opened by a typical community member.

I want to open a new idea and i think i can't because of the rank. Could it be possible? but I've already wrote some few weeks ago.

@InaFromChina  These are the current community rankings:  The New Community Ranking System.

(The earlier ranking system included the Surveyor, Learner, et al. levels referenced in the question.)

These ranks apply to most Community users and are earned by meeting specific requirements while participating in the Instructure Community.
