Why are your teaching videos uncaptioned?

I am super disappointed that so many of your help videos are not captioned.  As an ADA specialist, at a University that uses your products, this is a very ableist situation.  Many of our staff and faculty use captioning, and I know MANY others at other schools that use Canvas and Instructure products who require captions.  In 2021, this shouldn't be optional.  With the new quizzes implementation, we can't post your help information, as it is non-compliant under ADA (https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/The-Product-Blog/Classic-Quiz-Sunset-Timeline-Subscribe/ba-p/4709..., video has no captions or transcript present)

Just my input, as I can find no other place to offer this feedback.

The New Quizzes video you referenced now provides captions, @CodyMathis21 . Please let us know of any other uncaptioned videos you've found.

@CodyMathis21  Circling back to this: to the best of our knowledge, all of our Instructure-created help videos have captions, but we might have missed some, so please provide the links to the help videos you've identified that still don't have captions.
