Canvas Data Portal - How to identify the 'Canvas Data admin' to get access

I have an admin role in the system and can see the Canvas Data Portal link. 
Documentation states the 'Canvas Data admin' needs to grant access. However, it does not state how to identify who in our organization has that authority/role.

You will need to ask the person who requested your CSM to enable Canvas Data on your Canvas instance to grant you access.
