Metric Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Elevate K-12 Analytics allow you to track a specific metric and your institution's growth toward meeting goals related to that metric. In Elevate K-12 Analytics, you can view a list of all metric KPIs for your institution. Learn more about KPIs available in Elevate K-12 Analytics.
Open Administration Page
In the Navigation Menu, click the Admin link.
Open KPIs
In the Elevate K-12 Analytics Administration page, click the KPIs link.
Open Metric KPIs
In the Manage KPIs menu, click the Metric KPIs link [1].
Note: On the Manage KPIs Overview page you can click the Metric KPIs link [2].
View Metric KPIs
On the Metric KPIs page you can view a list of all metric KPIs in your account. The list displays the KPI name [1], the featured metric [2], and the KPI configuration [3].
You can also manage individual KPIs [4] and create new Metric KPIs [5].
Edit KPI
To edit a KPI, click the KPI's Edit icon [1].
Note: Because you can only edit manually created KPIs, some KPIs may display a View icon [2].
Update General Information
In the General section, you can update the KPI source metric [1], name [2], and description [3]. You can also view KPI creation information [4].
Update KPI Configuration
In the Configuration section, you can update the KPI segments [1], goal direction [2], and comparison basis [3]. You can also select to differentiate the metric by school year using the segment values option [4].
Update Labels and Values
In the Labels and Values section, you can update segment measures [1], customize segment colors [2], and edit label names [3].
Save Changes
Click the Save button.
View Read Only KPI
If a KPI cannot be edited, Elevate K-12 Analytics displays a Read Only notification.
Delete KPI
To delete a KPI, click the Delete button.
Confirm Delete
Click the Yes button.
View Delete Notification
View the Delete notification.
