How do I view login data for my institution's Elevate K-12 Analytics account?

As an Elevate K-12 Analytics admin, you can view login data for your account. From the User Logins page you can view a list of user logins, and you can filter the data to view specific login data for your account. From the Failed Logins page you can view a list of all failed user logins, and you can sort or filter the data.

From the Activity page you can also view application usage data, recent activity data, and alerts.

In the Navigation Menu, click the Admin link.

To view the User Logins list, click the User Logins link.

View User Logins

When user successfully logs in to Elevate K-12 Analytics, the User Login list updates. The list displays the user name [1], role [2], and login date [3].

To view additional list data, use the page navigation buttons [4]. You can also view the total number of items [5].

To view the Failed Logins list, click the Failed Logins link.

When a login attempt fails, the Failed Login list updates. The list displays the user name [1], the login attempt date [2], and the error type [3].

To view additional list data, use the page navigation buttons [4]. You can also view the total number of items [5].

By default the list is sorted by the most recent login or attempted login date in descending order. To sort the list by another column, click the column header [1]. To change the sort order, click the column header Sort icon [2].

By default, the logins lists display all login or failed login data. To filter the list to display by specific user, role, or date range, click the header Filter icon [1].

To filter the list, click the drop-down menu [2]. You can select from the following filter options: Is equal to, Is not equal to, Contains, Does not contain, Starts with, Ends with, Is null, Is not null, Is empty, and Is not empty.

Enter the filter parameters in the Input field [3].

You can apply up to two filter parameters. Click the And/Or drop-down menu [4] and select an option.

To clear your filter selections, click the Clear button [5]. To apply your filters, click the Filter button [6].

To view the list items in groups, click the desired header group and drag it to the top of the list. You can add multiple headers at one time.

To remove the group filter, click the Remove icon [2].
