You can get help with Elevate K-12 Analytics using the Help options available in the Toolbar. From the Help menu you can access the Elevate K-12 Analytics guides and report problems.
In the Toolbar, click the Help icon.
The Help menu includes three options for getting help. You can view the Elevate K-12 Analytics user guides [1], report a problem or ask a question [2], or email the Support Team [3].
The Elevate K-12 Analytics User Guides provide information about Elevate K-12 Analytics and how to use its features and functions. If you want to learn how to use Elevate K-12 Analytics, click the Visit the knowledge base link.
If you're experiencing a problem while using the Elevate K-12 Analytics software or have any questions, you can report the issue or ask a question. Enter a question or description of your problem in the Still need help? text field [1]. Then click the Submit button [2]. The Elevate K-12 Analytics Support Team will review your report. You will also receive an email in your associated email address confirming receipt of your report.
To email Elevate K-12 Analytics Support, click the email link. Your browser tab opens a new email message pre-populated with the Elevate K-12 Analytics Support email address.
