How do I view a dashboard in Elevate K-12 Analytics?

Dashboards display a curated selection of charts, making it easier to interpret data and find correlations among metrics. You can view dashboards from the Visuals page, and you may be able to create your own dashboards.

In the Navigation Menu, click the Visuals link.

Open Dashboard

In the Visuals menu, click a category name link [1].

If the category includes folders, expand a folder by clicking the folder name link [2]. Then click a dashboard name link [3].

The dashboard page displays the dashboard title [1], quick filters [2], and the dashboard charts [3].

Each dashboard chart displays a title [1] and data displayed in a chart or a table [2].

Note: Organization-level dashboards display data aggregated by user role. For example, school administrators can view data for their school, while a teacher can only view data for their class(es). You can filter the data to show subsets of the displayed data. Learn more about applying chart filters.

You can filter the dashboard to display data subsets using the dashboard quick filters [1].

In the filters menu, click a filter drop-down menu [2]. Then select a filter option [3].

To apply more than one filter from a category, apply filters using the Dashboard Sidebar.

Note: Dashboard filters apply to every chart on the dashboard.

To customize or manage a chart, click the chart in the dashboard [1]. Then click the Tools Menu icon [2].
