Watchlists in Elevate K-12 Analytics allow you to track and easily view key metrics for selected groups of students. You can create a static watchlist by manually finding and adding students through a wizard-style interface.

In the navigation menu, click the Watchlists link.
When you create a new watchlist, the Create Watchlist page displays the Select Template tab [1].
To create a static watchlist, click the Create Student Watchlist button [2].
On the Watchlist Type tab, click the Static radio button [1], and then click the Next button [2].
A static watchlist allows you to manually specify the students you want to observe in the watchlist.
To add students to the watchlist using student IDs, click the Upload Student IDs button [1].
To search for students to add, click the Search button [2].
To filter the list of students based on criteria, locate the criteria filter and click the Expand icon [3].
Enter student identification numbers in the Upload Student IDs field [1]. Student IDs should be separated with a comma, a new line, or space.
Click the Add Students button [2].

To filter the list of students before searching, locate the criteria in the list and click the Expand icon [1]. You can use multiple criteria filters for your watchlist.
Enter criteria details [1]. To specify additional filters within the criteria, click the Plus icon [2].
You can also apply filters from additional criteria.
Note: Some criteria settings, including grade rankings, attendance event categories, daily attendance sources, and unexcused absence indicators, are configured and managed for your institution in Admin Settings.

To continue, click the Next button [2].
To change the student list criteria and select additional students, click the Modify Search button [3].
On the Select Columns tab, you can select the columns that display on the watchlist table. Click the toggle controls to show or hide columns on the watchlist [1].
To set the default time frame for a watchlist, select an option from the Default Time Frame drop-down menu [2].
Each standard column compares results to a distribution curve. To set the default comparison distribution curve, select an option from the Default Distribution Curve drop-down menu [3].
On the Save tab [1], enter a name in the Watchlist name field [2].
To save your watchlist, click the Save button [3].
You can now view and manage the watchlist.
