Solved! Go to Solution.
You should be logged in as an admin. 1)Click on account. 2)Click on settings 3)Under approved integrations you have option to create new access token.

Thanks, @Abhigyan your quick response
I am using canvas free account, so I am unable to access admin, can you please give some reference links, how to log in as admin.
3)Under approved integrations, you have the option to create a new access token.
I am expecting the Oauth2 access token, for that, I need client id and client secret, not a normal access token.
I am unable to access the webhook subscription API using the above token(Under approved integrations, you have the option to create a new access token.)
Hello there, @SekharFly ...
I know it's been several months since your last reply, but I thought I'd chime in here. The Free For Teachers (FFT) version of Canvas does not allow you to have administrative access to Canvas. That is one of the perks of having a paid Canvas account at your school. You might want to check out Free-for-Teacher Account FAQ - Canvas Community for more information about FFT accounts. On this page you'll find a PDF file that compares the features of FFT accounts vs. paid Canvas accounts. I'm not 100% sure you'll be able to have access to those items you are looking for. Those may be elements only available in paid Canvas accounts with administrative access.
Sorry that I don't have better news for you, but I hope this has helped to answer your question...thanks.
