Allow rich content (e.g., simple italics) in title fields

Because I teach English and would like to practice what I preach, I request that you allow basic formatting such as italics for book titles in all fields, especially the header field for text headers in modules, the additional comments field for providing feedback on quizzes, and the compose message field for sending emails through Canvas.
