Auto clean-up of the field for doc type limitation in assignment settings

If a teacher writes a space in the field for doc type limitation in assignment setting, it can end up in students not being able to upload works.

A typo as "doc ,docx" will stop doc from being uploaded due to the following space.

This should automatically be cleaned to "doc,docx" so the assignment can work sucessfully without the teachera having to know or guess about formatting in the field.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
