As an administrator I would like more options to link to Impact Support Content inside and outside of Canvas.
What value could this provide to users?
Linking to support categories instead of individual support articles to simplify navigation for end-users
Linking to support articles from outside of Canvas (within emails, mobile communication, notifications, etc.) to help end-users easily navigate to the Support Center
