Theme Overview

As an administrator, I would like to see more enhancements in the Impact Support Center and support article creation and management functionality. 

What value could this provide to users?

  • Improved consistency in the RCE and HTML editor for seamless content creation
  • Better visibility into article status in the Arrange Articles view to inform Support Center organization
  • Addition of a search bar in the Arrange Articles tab for an efficient way to locate and edit categories
