Invalid date error when assigning due dates if course is using the Català (Catalan) language pack (pt. 2)

This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 12/04/24.

Description

When a course is using the Català (Catalan) language pack, users are getting an invalid date error, when trying to assign a due date to one of these months:

• Feb(Feber)

This error can’t be seen with the remaining months, so seems like a format issue related to this language Pack.

Expected Behavior

Instead users should be able to adjust assign dates regardless of the language pack being used by the course.

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisites: A course with the course language set to Català (Catalan)

1. Create an assignment in the course.

2. Go to the assignment and attempt to alter the assign due dates to one of the aforementioned months.

3. Notice Canvas throwing the invalid date error when trying to assign the due date for one of these months, try saving the changes and it won’t let you save or proceed.
