[OPEN] Media files in New Quiz questions show 'Refused to Connect' error

Description

When "One Question at a Time" is enabled and "Allow Backtracking" is disabled, media files with an instfs_id and access_token show a "Refused to Connect" error for students.

Expected Behavior

Media files should load for all users.

Workaround

Disable “One question at a time” option or enable “One question at a time” option and Allow Backtracking.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisites: A new course with new quizzes enabled.

  1. Create a new quiz with questions where you have a video or audio file uploaded from your computer or recorded in browser using upload/record.

  2. Wait for the background job which converts links to inst-fs style links to update the media_attachments_iframe link in the iframe to add the instfs_id and access_token parameters to the link.

  3. Under quiz settings.

    1. enable "One Question at a Time"

    2. disable Allow Backtracking.

  4. Act as student or use preview.

  5. Notice that audio and video file return 'Refused to Connect' error
