Old media links with the below formatting no longer play in Canvas. There is no error, but clicking on the play button does not start the video/audio

Old media links should be playable.
Make a copy of the content which will change the HTML to the iframe format.
In a course create a page and embed a media file.
Change the format in HTML editor to match the example in the Summary (using the media_entry_id for the uploaded file).
Save the page.
Observe that the media does not play.
