[OPEN] [a11y] Errors when creating new quizzes questions are not annunciated pt 2
Engineers are currently investigating the issue.
Description
When creating a question on New Quizzes, if an error occurs due to invalid or no data being input, the error message is not read out. It also does not specify the required change to save the question correctly, and it takes you directly to the stem instead of the location of the error.
Expected Behavior
Instead it should read out the error and have it specify what needs to be changed to save the question.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: Screen reader and New Quizzes in the course.

Create a New Quiz and select any question type

Without entering any question stem or answer data, tab down and select Done

Notice it jumps to the location of the error, but no error or explanation of what is needed are annunciated.
