As an administrator, you can export data about trackers in your district as a CSV file. This export includes data such as tracker names, statuses, cores, curriculum maps, teachers, sections, schools, and student information.
The export contains data that makes troubleshooting, data validation, and data reporting more accessible.
Open Admin Area
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Admin link.
Open Manage Sections
Hover over the Manage tab [1] and click the Sections option [2].
Export District Tracker Report
To export a CSV file of tracker data from your district, click the More icon [1] and select the Export Tracker Report option [2].
A CSV file automatically downloads to your computer from your web browser.
View District Tracker Report
You can open and view the CSV file on your computer.
District Tracker Report File Headers
- Tracker ID: the tracker ID number
- Tracker Name: the name the author gave the tracker
- Tracker Status: indicates whether tracker is active or archived
- Subject: the subject that is designated in the tracker upon creation
- Core: the core that is designated in the tracker upon creation
- Class Objective Name: the class (also called the grade level) that is designated in the tracker upon creation
- Curriculum Map ID: the unique ID number given to the curriculum map linked to the tracker
- Curriculum Map Name: the name of the curriculum map linked to the tracker
- Primary Teacher: the staff member that created the tracker
- Teacher ID: the user ID number of the staff member that created the tracker
- Collaborators: the staff members that have been granted access to collaborate on the tracker
- Section Name: the names of the sections, if any, that are linked to the tracker
- School Name: the name of the school that is associated with the tracker
- Total Students: the number of students that are enrolled in the tracker
- Canvas Linked: indicates whether this tracker has been linked to a Canvas LMS instance
- Created At: the date that this tracker was created
