Reaching out to see if anyone has had this issue before and if they have found the cause and solution.
Student's score populates as "0" as soon as he signs on to the test. After resetting, it will randomly populate as though he has finished when he is still on the test. At these random times, it scores what he has completed. Also, today, he was in the middle of a math test and had not signed on to his reading test and the reading test score populated as 0.
We have switched devices, cleared caches, etc. We reached out to support with no luck in fixing the issue.
