We want to let you know that some things have changed with your MasteryConnect Support experience. We have migrated our ticketing system from Zendesk to Salesforce Service Cloud.
How does this impact you? The help button in MasteryConnect will now direct you to our MasteryConnect Community. The MasteryConnect Community provides a wide range of guides, discussions, blogs, feature ideas, and the option to raise a case with MasteryConnect support.
If you need to submit a case you can do so by following this link, or by clicking the submit case button located X. Once your case is submitted you will no longer be able to view the case from within the Zendesk help portal, all case communication will be via email.
