I am trying to align Improved Outcomes with questions in New Quizzes. I am testing it on just two outcomes and 1 group to make sure I know how to do it before I start creating a bunch of outcomes and quizzes. First I imported the two outcomes using a CSV, and the first image is what the Outcomes page looks like.
Then I try to align an outcome to a quiz question that is in an Item Bank, and the second image is what the result looks like. No outcomes appear in the group folder.
So, I don't know what is going on. Why aren't the outcomes showing up?
Actually, when I tried it before, I got only one of the two outcomes to show up (the second one). The first one did not show up. And when I went back to the Outcomes page, where it says the count on the number of outcomes, it showed a count of 1 (not 2). When I deleted both of the outcomes, in order to try again, the count went down to -1 (!).
What's going on?
