New Quiz Migrate and Bank and Item question

Hi,

I have read all the info and feel more confused and less certain about what to tell my new and old staff members.

To clarify:

1. Classic Quiz is gone as of Fall 2024.

2. Is there a simple video I can give my staff that explains how to migrate their Classic Quizzes to NEW Quiz formats?

3. I do not understand how to create a Bank or an Item to help build my quizzes and is there a video explaining that?

I appreciate anyone who can give me a simple, easy-to-understand answer to each of my queries.

As far as I know, the end date for schools to move over to New Quizzes no longer exists.  Your school may have chosen to make the move to New Quizzes sooner than other schools have done.  For example, where I work, we haven't yet made a full move over to New Quizzes.

2. Is there a simple video I can give my staff that explains how to migrate their Classic Quizzes to NEW Quiz formats?

Migrating Classic Quizzes to New Quizzes is quite easy...with just a couple clicks of the mouse.  I'm not sure a video is really necessary.

How do I migrate a Canvas quiz to New Quizzes?

There are also ways that Classic Quizzes can be migrated to New Quizzes during a course import...but that is something you might be able to talk with your school's Canvas administrator(s) more about.
