When I create a new quiz with images in the item bank, it looks great to me. All the pictures are there all the answers are there so I share to my course. When a student opens the quiz the image is broken and will not work. The questions and text are still there, but the image disappears. So I go in and try to fix within the course. The image appears for me but not for the student. This also seems to happen when I import the item bank into a different course to make a different quiz. It appears in the bank for me, but when the student opens it up the image will not display.
How do I fix this?

I didn't see your post before posting my question. The new code is placing a course ID into the HTML for the image. At this point, I only know of using a third-party image storage to make sure that this doesn't happen. However, I've asked in my post.

I have good and bad news around this. The bad news is that using the Send To or Copy To with New Quizzes does seem to break images right now. The good news is that this has already been identified as a known issue by Instructure and they are investigating the cause and potential fixes. You can follow the issue thread, [OPEN] Copy to & Send to function can break Course... - Instructure Community, to see when Instructure has a fix in place. Until then, you could potentially use the course import functionality instead, though it may not be as user friendly for your exact workflow.
