Canvas not synching to IC

Hello All!

I teach four separate sections of middle school ELA.  I have two English 7 and two English 8.  There are no issues with my English 7 grades moving from Canvas over to Infinite Campus, but nothing is working with the English 8.  I have clicked "Sync" and waited a few hours... I have waited for the overnight switch to happen... I have tried to go in and see what's up, but I cannot figure it out.

I made categories in IC to match those in Canvas, like HW/CW (20%) and Quizzes (20%), etc. but still nothing.

It's so frustrating!  It happened all during quarter one and I thought I figured it out, but now it's happening again and we are more than halfway through Q2, but no grades are coming over!  Help!!

Thank for reaching out to the community for support! I am sorry to hear you are having problems syncing grades. 

If you go in to your course settings>navgiation and enable the grade sync tool do you see any errors on your recent grade syncs? 

Once you enable the grade sync tool in the course navigation you can run a remaster. Check for your grades after that completes and then check for errors. If you have errors reach out to Canvas Support!
