In this Studio release (May 17),  the Quiz Settings page includes an option to display annotations on the timeline for students.

Studio Annotations Update

The Quiz Settings page includes an option to display annotations on the timeline for students. This update allows instructors to choose annotation settings for specific video quizzes.

Previously, Studio did not support having videos embedded with both quizzes and annotations. This change allows instructors to simultaneously allow quizzes and annotations to display in a video.

Note: this setting is turned off by default.
