We're excited to announce a powerful new feature in Intelligent Insights designed to solve this exact problem: Dynamic Messages.

What’s New?

You can now use dynamic variables to automatically personalize your communications to teachers and students. When composing a message, you can insert fields like {teacher_name}, {course_name}, or {readiness_criteria_not_met}. Our system will automatically populate these fields with the correct information for each individual recipient.

This means you can send a single message to a large group, but each person will receive a customized version with the specific details relevant to them.

Why It's a Game-Changer

The ability to add dynamic context saves you valuable time and makes it easier than ever to take direct action on your data. Senders can now craft highly relevant, personalized messages—even when sent in bulk—ensuring every recipient has the necessary context to understand the issue and take the right next step. Where You Can Use It

This feature is now live in the following Intelligent Insights modules:

• Course Readiness: When messaging lists of teachers whose courses are marked as "Not Ready," you can use variables like {course_name} and {readiness_criteria_not_met} to give each teacher a precise list of what they need to address.
• Students in Need of Attention: When reaching out to students who fall into the "Needs Attention" category, you can use variables to explain exactly why they were flagged, providing a clear and direct path for them to get back on track.
