How do I send bulk invitations to new users in Elevate K-12 Analytics?
As an Elevate K-12 Analytics admin, you must send a new user an account activation invitation by email. You can email invitations to multiple users at once. You may invite users who have not yet been invited. You may also resend invitations to users who were invited but who have not activated their accounts.
You may also send an email invitation to a single user when you add a new user account manually.
In order to log in, a new user must activate their account through the email invitation.
Open Administration Page
In the Navigation Menu, click the Admin link.
Open Users
In the Security Management Navigation Menu, click the Users link [1], or on the Security Management Overview page you can click the Users link [2].
Invite Users
To send email invitation to users who have not yet received an invitation, click the User Type drop-down menu [1] and select the Not yet invited link [2]. Alternatively, you may narrow the list of users by entering full or partial user names into the Search user field [3].
To send invitations to the listed users, click the Invite button [4].
Re-Invite Users
You can resend invitations to inactive users who have already received invitations.
To resend invitations, click the User Type drop-down menu [1].
To resend to users invited more than 30 days ago, select the Not activated (invited >30 days ago) option [2].
To resend to all invited users, select the Not activated (all invited) option [3].
To resend invitations to the listed users, click the Resend Invites button [4].
Verify Number of Invitations
The Send Invites window displays the number of users who will receive invitations [1]. To send the invitations, click the Confirm and Send link [2].
View Invitation Results
The Invitation Result window displays the number of users who received the invitation [1]. The window also displays the number of users who did not receive the invitation [2].
To close the result window, click the Close button [3].
