How do I view activity alerts for my institution's Elevate K-12 Analytics account?
As an Elevate K-12 Analytics admin, you can view update alerts for your account. From the Activity Alerts page you can view user automation, watchlist updater, library synchronization, and ETL alerts.
From the Activity page you can also view application usage data, recent activity data, and log in data for your account.
Open Administration Page
In the Navigation Menu, click the Admin link.
Open Alerts
In the Elevate K-12 Analytics Administration page, click the Alerts link [1].
Alternatively, in the Navigation Menu, click the Alerts badge [2].
View Alerts
The Alerts page displays alerts by type, including User Automation [1], Watchlist Updater [2], Library Synchronization [3], and ETL alerts [4].
To view and manage your institution's visuals library and to learn more about library synchronization events, click the Go to Library Synchronization link [5].
To view and manage your institution's data settings, click the Go to Settings link [6].
View Alert Details
Each alert displays an alert title and description [1] as well as a timestamp [2].
Each alert also displays a color-coded alert icon. Alerts indicating a failure or warning display a red Warning icon [3]. Alerts indicating updates or information display a blue Information icon [4]. Alerts indicating completed updates display a green Success icon [5].
To view additional information for an alert, click the alert Expand icon [6].
