As a student, my instructor has asked of all students to upload an introductory video into a discussion that was created. As an example, my instructor uploaded a video as a reply to the initial discussion post. Many other students have also replied. When I attempt to reply, I am able to upload my video and type in a comment. However, when I click to send reply, the message "Saving reply..." shows up and stays, but the reply never gets sent. I have waited an hour for the reply to send but with no success. 

My video is an MP4 file type of size 57.7 MB. I believe this is small enough to be attached and uploaded, but there is some problem that needs to be resolved.
