Is there a way to push a conference/appointment to students' calendars individually as the course instructor?
We in K-8 need to have students meet with students regularly with professionals like our school counselors, speech and language pathologists, psychologists, administrators etc. We would like to schedule appointments with students to appear on the calendar in a course without all the students seeing that meeting has been scheduled.
I know you can create individual sections in a course and assign appointments to only one student that way but with a case load of 100+ students that is not really reasonable.
Another concern is that it is too hard for young students, in kinder through fifth grade, to log into a browser, find an appointment, and accept it (because the student app on an iPad is their main access point). This route also doesn't make meetings confidential as needed for counseling and special education services.
Thank you
