Hmmmm at the 10:30 mark in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=63vOlApGE08 Canvas rep Karl Lloyd says that it *IS* available in FFT acccounts- that he enabled it. Is this incorrect?

I have a Free for Teachers (FFT) account, and wanted to integrate with Microsoft Teams. I don't see the option of an Admin button (into which I am supposed to go to get a developer key)....
