Hi, Chris.Apparently the faculty who experienced this issue worked with the Publisher and got everything squared away.  Thanks for helping brainstorm solutions, and thanks for checking  back.

Thank you for your efforts, Chris.  It is greatly appreciated.  Our University IT department believes it to be an issue on the Pearson side.  If it isn't, they have assured me they will contact Canvas...
