In the new rubrics on assignments, once a rubric is set on an assignment, there is no longer a way to get back to "find rubric" to choose a different one without deleting the one you selected ...

Will discussions and quizzes be getting the new rubrics soon? having it on assignments is great, but will be confusing for teachers to run into the old interface in those 2 other places.
